CANCELLATION & LATE POLICY

We value our clientele's business and time. To allow us to serve our clients' needs within timely manner we maintain an efficient schedule that we request to be respected in return.

 

We require to be notified a minimum of 24 hours in advance of any cancellation. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service.

Appointments will begin at the scheduled time. Should the client anticipate arriving a few minutes past the appointment, they will notify Higher Alignment Healing Arts. Appointments will not extend beyond the scheduled period nor will they be refunded.
